Hourly Moving

The hourly rate begins when the moving vehicle and crew arrive at the point of origin of the

contracted for move, and ends when all of the goods are unloaded at the point of destination, less any

scheduled breaks and/or any vehicular breakdown, plus any applicable travel time. The standard hourly

rate is from Monday through Friday, from 8:00AM to 5:00PM. The overtime hourly rate is any time in

excess of the standard hourly rate, i.e. from 5:01PM to 7:59AM. The holiday hourly rate follows the

holiday schedule in the Rates & Charges section, from 8:00AM to 5:00PM. All hourly rates are computed

in accordance with the schedules in the Rates & Charges section

Travel Time Mileage

0-5 Miles ½ hour 6-10 Miles 1 hour

11-25 Miles 1 ½ hour 26-50 Miles 2 hours

51-75 Miles 2 ½ hours 76-100 Miles 3 hours

Each additional 25 miles, or part thereof: ½ hour

Extra Stops & Pick Ups

The Carrier will charge 1 hour per stop in addition to actual amount of time spent per

stop. Stops and pickups that require toll roads will be billed time and toll charges.

Waiting Time

The carrier will not charge the shipper for the first ten (10) minutes of waiting, for one

occurrence during the course of a scheduled move.

11 minutes to 30 minutes ½ hour

31-60 minutes 1 hour

61-90 minutes 1 ½ hour

91-120 minutes 2 hours

The carrier will wait up to 4 hours. After 4 hours of wait time, the move is subject to

cancellation. If the move continues after the wait time, hourly moving rates will apply. If the

waiting time carries the move over standard business hours, overtime rates will apply for that

day.

Toll Charges

The carrier will charge back all tolls to the shipper on the final invoice.

Governing References

The carrier uses Google Maps to compute the mileage between origin and destination.

Standard Hourly Minimum

A minimum of eight (8) hours, per man, per vehicle will be charged on all moves.

Payment Policy

A 20% deposit of the signed estimate amount is required at the time of scheduling. Payment can be

made by cash, certified check, Visa Card, Master Card, American Express card. There will be a $75.00

charge for any returned check and payment will then be required in cash, money order, or certified

check.

Deposits & Refund Policy

A refund of 20% deposit will be returned if a reservation is cancelled within 5 business days of scheduled

move. Deposits will not be refunded on cancellations with less than 5 business days’ notice prior to a

scheduled move. The Carrier requires written notice at its address of 27 Muncy Drive, West Long

Branch, NJ 07765 via certified mail, return receipt requested, or notification by phone at 732-977-7082,

of intent to cancel within 5 business days of a scheduled move (Monday through Friday 9:00AM to

5:00PM Eastern; does not include Saturday, Sunday, or holidays). Cancellations include a change in pick

up/move date or destination as well as an actual cancellation. Eviction Enterprises LLC. will issue a

cancellation number and only that cancellation number is acknowledgment of a move cancellation. If a

Shipper is not provided with a cancellation number, the scheduled move was not cancelled with the

Carrier and deposit will not be refunded. The Shipper will receive the assigned cancellation number via

email, by a live Eviction Enterprises representative, and via traditional postal mail.

up/move date or destination as well as an actual cancellation. Eviction Enterprises LLC. will issue a

cancellation number and only that cancellation number is acknowledgment of a move cancellation. If a

Shipper is not provided with a cancellation number, the scheduled move was not cancelled with the

Carrier and the deposit will not be refunded. The Shipper will receive the assigned cancellation number

via email, by a live All the Right Movers representative, and via traditional postal mail.

Standard Discounts

The carrier offers a 10% discount on services/hourly rates for senior citizens (65 years old with proof of

identification) and military personnel.

Coverage

Option 1: Standard valuation coverage of $0.60 per pound per article.

Option 2: Higher valuation ($0.61 per pound per article and above).

Infestation

The carrier reserves the right to refuse shipment of any household goods infested with ants, termites,

cockroaches, bed bugs, or any dangerous or disease bearing insect as a result of the condition of the

shipper’s premises, either at the origin or destination.

Fumigation

The carrier reserves the right to charge back the shipper for any and all costs resulting from any

necessary fumigation as a result of the condition of the shipper’s premises; fumigation for, but not

limited to, infestation of ant, termites, cockroaches, bed bugs, or any dangerous or disease bearing

insect.

Impractical Operations

The carrier is not liable for the move, storage, or delivery, when any of the following impede or

otherwise make impractical the same: acts of God, including any natural, geological, meteorological

occurrence or disaster; any acts of war, declared or undeclared; any civil disturbances, including

insurrection, rebellion, riot; any labor dispute, strike, or lockout; any act of state or federal government

regarding nationalization, sanction, embargo, or blockade; any act of foreign invasion or hostilities; any

act of terrorism; any failure or interruption of public utility or Internet service; severely inclement

weather; any inadequate or unsafe road, highway, street, or driveway conditions, or major construction

or repair of the same or any major delays or detours arising therefrom; any failure or interruption of

ferry, tunnel, or bridge service; any major access obstructions; the presence of any hazardous or

dangerous materials; any situation where the moving crew is or might be personally endangered or

threatened with physical harm.

Articles: Extraordinary Value

Items of extraordinary value, as defined by contract law, including but not limited to, jewelry, specie,

documented antiques of any type, documented artwork of any type, will not be moved and/or stored,

unless accompanied by specific proof of insurance for the same.

Articles: Special

Upright Pianos: $400.00 per piano, does not include long carry or stairs

Baby Grand Pianos and Organs: $450.00 per piano, does not include long carry or stairs

Grand Piano $550.00 per piano, does not include long carry or stairs

All other musical instruments $200.00 per item

Pool Tables: $600.00 includes disassembly and reassembly

Articles: Bulky

Utility trailer, pop-up trailer, sail boat, row boat, canoe, skiff, kayak, hot tub, entertainment centers, wall

units, bicycles, motorcycles, large toys or play sets, swing sets, jungle gyms, household or commercial

safes, will be moved for a set fee of $ 50.00 per bulky item.

Articles: Completely Restricted: Any species of exotic or domestic animals; hazardous materials;

explosives; live ammunition; firearms and weapons of any type; any items of extraordinary value will not

be moved and/or stored, unless accompanied by specific proof of insurance for the same.

Overnight Hold (Not to Exceed 3 nights): $100.00 for first night; $400.00 for second and third night, per

vehicle.

Assembly & Disassembly: Included in hourly rate.

Packing & Unpacking: $75.00 per man per hour plus the cost of materials (bubble wrap, tape, moving

blankets, boxes).

Long Carry: First 50 feet included in price of move. 50 feet or more one-time $75.00 charge for the

entire move.

Stair Carry: First flight included in price of move (13 steps or less). $75.00 per flight of steps (7 or more

steps) for the entire move.

Elevator/Access & Reservation

The carrier will not assume financial responsibility for permit/allowance/use of an elevator. Actual cost

of access will be added to the final invoice. Any delays as a result of access or reservation requirements

will be charged at the standard hourly rate.

Conditionally Restricted Premises/Access & Reservation

The carrier will not assume financial responsibility for permit/allowance for conditional access. Any

delays as a result of conditional access will be charged at the standard hourly rate.
